Ruth Graham
Chief Executive Officer
Ruth Graham Farzanegan is the Founder and President of Graham. She has more than 30 years of experience in the human resources industry. She opened Graham’s doors in 1984 for direct hire placement based on the principals of exceptional customer service and meaningful relationships. Prior to founding Graham, Ruth worked in California with North American Aviation/Rockwell and Disneyland. Over the years, Ruth has expanded our services from permanent support staff in 1984 to a full service temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire staffing agency focusing on sign language interpreting, government, and professional support staff in the administrative, IT, accounting, and legal fields. Ruth received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland - College Park.
