About the President

 

Ruth Graham Farzanegan founded Graham Staffing in 1984 on the principals of exceptional customer service and meaningful relationships. She simply wanted to provide a service that gave everyone a fair shot at success. Ruth has said many times, "I saw a need for a loyal, honest and customer focused staffing agency in DC which would be trusted and respected by the staffing industry and I'm happy to see that my dreams have come true."

Over the years, we have expanded our services from permanent support staff in 1984 to a full-service temporary, temporary-to-permanent and permanent staffing agency filling all administrative, IT, accounting, legal and sign language interpreting positions in 2009. Yet, there is still much we long to accomplish here at Graham Staffing.

Throughout the years we have continued to develop our services and expand our organization by opening offices in new areas to accommodate clients and employees and we will continue to make adjustments in order to adapt to these ever changing needs.
